Individuals may now purchase fractional shares of motor homes, including most of all brands manufactured.  Depending on use patterns motor homes typically spend the majority of their time parked, with high annual ownership costs. Fractional shares distribute these annual costs across several owners, who pay for and benefit from the asset.  Some companies include ownership in a fleet whereby an owner has a stake in several motor homes and allows use of the closest motor home in proximity to their location.  This reduces costs of transport between owners no matter their geographical location.
